Subscriptions cover the Orbit Agent: quotes, screening, portfolio analysis and rebalance execution, metered in credits. Vault management and performance fees are separate and listed on the fees page.
Credits meter the model tokens the Agent actually uses, including the tool calls that read quotes, your portfolio and vault books.

How does this relate to vault fees?
It does not. Subscriptions meter the Agent only; each vault's management and performance fees are on its factsheet and accrue inside its NAV.
How are credits deducted?
Each Agent reply deducts the tokens it used, including the data its tools read. The chat shows the cost of every turn.
Can I change plans any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect next cycle and your credits are kept.
Anything above Desk?
Institutional seats are quoted separately: dedicated model quota, private data feeds, SSO and a contractual SLA.
This is a product demo; nothing here bills you.
Trading involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Vault NAV can rise or fall.
This is a product demo, not an offer or solicitation. Segregation, custody and licence marks are illustrative. Past performance is not future performance.
Institution names are illustrative, not real licence holders.
