Compliance and custody
The demo shows MAIN / STRATEGY segregation language: deposits enter MAIN, subscriptions move to STRATEGY, exits return to MAIN then redeem. This is product copy, not a live custody arrangement.
“Licensed Desk” and “Demo · Inspired by HK VATP / SFO Type 1+7” are identity-system marks, not real licence numbers.
How Orbit verifies
Every mark next to a manager or institution stands for a check that can be stated plainly. Clicking any mark on the site shows the same explanation.
Orbit's verification desk has confirmed the manager's identity (KYC / KYB) and reconciled the published track record against the vault's on-chain positions. Reviewed quarterly.
Identity · Track record · Daily book reconciliation
Documents are with Orbit's verification desk. Until the review closes, the track record is self-reported and the vault is listed without the verified mark.
Identity received · Track record under review
The manager trades inside a regulated institution with segregated client books and a compliance function. Licence marks in this demo are illustrative, not real licence numbers.
Institution · Segregated books · Compliance function
A self-custodied manager with no institutional parent. Not licensed; the track record is exactly what the vault shows on-chain, nothing more.
On-chain book only · No licence · No parent
Verification is not an endorsement of returns. A verified vault can still lose money; the mark only guarantees that the identity and the book are what they claim to be.
