ABOUT ORBIT

Institutional-grade strategy vaults. Retail-simple to allocate.

Orbit is a marketplace for strategy vaults. Licensed desks and independent managers publish their strategies as inspectable vaults; allocators read the factsheet, deposit, follow the NAV and redeem after the lockup. Based in Hong Kong, in five languages, with every book in the open.

What Orbit is

  • A vault marketplace: strategies are listed as vaults you can deposit into and redeem from.
  • A factsheet-first product shelf: fees, lockup and risk grade come before the button.
  • A verification desk: identity, track-record reconciliation, daily book matching.
  • A community: manager posts and rebalance records, depositors asking, managers answering.

What Orbit is not

  • Not a fund: Orbit runs no vault; the managers do.
  • Not an adviser: the Agent's replies are information and tooling, not advice.
  • Not a custodian: assets sit with a third-party qualified custodian (illustrative).
  • Not a promise of returns: past performance is not future performance; NAV rises and falls.

Six principles

Every decision in the product traces back to one of these.

The book is inspectable

Positions, fills, drawdowns and depositors of every vault are public: a factsheet, not a black box.

Money follows the vault

You deposit into a specific vault, never a person. A manager can run several strategies; each vault has its own lockup, fees and risk grade.

Marks that explain themselves

Orbit Verified, Licensed Desk, Independent: click any mark and it tells you what was checked and when.

Losers stay listed

A negative 30D stays on the list, with the manager's post-mortem next to the factsheet. The leaderboard is not made by hiding red numbers.

Capacity over AUM

Market-making and basis vaults say no to money once they hit the inventory band. Capital past capacity pays the venue, not you.

Factsheet before the button

Philosophy, process, people, portfolio, parent and performance, plus fees, lockup and risk grade, all before the deposit button.

How money moves

Deposits enter MAIN, subscriptions move into a STRATEGY vault, redemptions flow back to MAIN and out. Every step is recorded; segregation is illustrative.

The trust marks

Four marks, four meanings; clicking one anywhere on the site shows the same explanation.

Orbit's verification desk has confirmed the manager's identity (KYC / KYB) and reconciled the published track record against the vault's on-chain positions. Reviewed quarterly.

Documents are with Orbit's verification desk. Until the review closes, the track record is self-reported and the vault is listed without the verified mark.

The manager trades inside a regulated institution with segregated client books and a compliance function. Licence marks in this demo are illustrative, not real licence numbers.

A self-custodied manager with no institutional parent. Not licensed; the track record is exactly what the vault shows on-chain, nothing more.

Questions people ask

Is Orbit a fund?

No. Orbit is the marketplace and the verification desk; each vault is run by its manager, and your money goes into that vault.

Who can deposit?

Allocators who have opened an account and cleared KYC. Some vaults have a minimum ticket and a capacity cap.

What if a manager stops?

The vault goes redeem-only, positions are unwound by the published process and capital returns to MAIN. The desk posts the notice in the discussion.

How does Orbit make money?

A platform custody fee (0.10%, illustrative) and Agent subscriptions. Orbit takes no share of a vault's performance fee.
